Thank you for shopping at Vital Living. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS (Special for Glass/Fragile items)
Since our 3D Light Orbs and Diffusers are fragile, we take great care in packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [aresjinwoo94@gmail.com].
- You must include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
- We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund immediately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used essential oils or opened aroma liquids.
- Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually 5-10 business days).
SHIPPING COSTS
If the item is defective or damaged: We will cover the return shipping costs.
If you changed your mind (Standard Return): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
